Oceanfront Oasis Game Room Private Beach Access

Positive: Well Im a breakfast person so I cooked for the family and spent the rest of the day on the beach I loved Loved this place i will be back Negative: I didnt like that i had to leave lol

Positive: The host was exceptional to work with. It was stocked extremely well. Beautiful location. Great neighbors. I can’t say enough good about my experience.

Sincerely as beautiful as in the pictures Positive: The property is beautiful, well decorated, and in the perfect location. A ton of beach toys, wagons, chairs, and boogie boards provided. Two refrigerators and two sets of washers and dryers available for use. Ample parking. Lots of places to plug electronic items in, especially in the dining room. Tons of bathrooms and a huge closet in the master suite on the third floor. Negative: We were provided the incorrect code upon arrival and sat outside for a bit waiting to hear from the host. She was really kind and apologetic but after a 16 hour drive it was nerve wracking to wonder what we were going to do if she never got back to us. Thankfully she did. We also found ourselves in the middle of a neighborhood war. Apparently the neighbors on either side of the house don't get along and one house egged the other houses with frozen eggs. Our car and the house itself was caught in the crossfire. The host didn't get any of my messages until the next day (perhaps an issue with booking.com?) and assured me this has never happened before but it was quite an uncomfortable situation to be stuck in, especially on vacation. The other things we noticed but wasn't a deal breaker was a few items broken or not stocked. There were no towels in the master bath but I was able to search and borrow from other bathrooms. The soap dispensers were broken in two of the restrooms and a knob is missing from a drawer in two of the bathrooms, as well. The toilet paper holder is coming off the wall in the master bath, as well. The only other thing we didn't love was how slick the ramp going into the garage and the garage floor itself is when wet. Proceed with caution. Two of us slipped and fell while coming down. No Injuries fortunately but be careful! Overall, we would stay here again. The good significantly outweighed the bad.

A beautiful house in a wonderful place right in front of the beach. Positive: Location is beautiful, right in front of the beach with private access and the house is well appointed and decorated. There were many different beach toys to use, like boards, chairs and umbrellas. Negative: The internet stoped working after a storm in the second day and did not return. The umbrelas were not workin properly.

Extremely clean and beautiful listing. The property managers was super communicative and kind and allowed us to check in an hour early! Please listen to the 4 car parking rule because their next door neighbor is extremely cranky and WILL call the cops on you if you have more cars in the driveway. Luckily the cops and host were so understanding and told us this happens all the time and this neighbor has a tendency to abuse calling the police. Just a warning that that neighbor is very unfriendly and to be careful! Other than that the stay and host were amazing.
