The Reserve at Hot Springs

This property was filthy. Black mold throughout the whole entire downstairs. Black hair in the sink, shower and on the floor floors. All the kitchen utensils were very outdated and not very clean looking. There was not even a trashcan in the downstairs bathroom. I would not recommend anyone staying at this facility, especially if you are having to stay downstairs. The black mold is horrible. The tub and shower downstairs is elevated and if you fall out you’re most likely going to break something. That’s after you clean all the nasty filthy hair out of it before you try to get in. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Gorgeous property! Positive: Incredibly beautiful property! If you want solitude, this is where to find it! Negative: It’s a little hard to get to, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing

👎 Positive: Did not stay...unsafe Negative: Road to facility was horrible

Positive: Peaceful. Secluded. House is huge! Master bathroom is a treat. Negative: Main floor half bath had a moldy/musty smell. No big deal -- we just did not use it. Why would we when the master bath is gorgeous?! The listing should say you need a high clearance or all/4 wheel drive vehicle to go up the gravel driveway. We only found out this info the day before our stay. Not a problem, as we have such a vehicle. But it should probably state this in the listing.

Perfect place was absolutely beautiful home and property! Positive: Everything was awesome absolutely had a perfect week! Negative: nothing
